Our paint team has passed training supplied by both PEXA & PSG paint suppliers, to ensure they’re experts in paint application and theory of paint coatings and thickness.
We have invested heavily over the past few years in our paint finish facility, having completed the second stage investment of £1.2m in January 2019. In addition to offering five spray/bake booths, we have two high temperature curing ovens capable of dealing with the various bonding primer and dry lubricant coatings currently used in the marketplace.
To support our surface finishing operation we have a large preparation facility with in-house die-cutting capability to allow intricate masking to be completed before both wet treatments and spray coating. Also on-site is an inkjet identification system and computer controlled vibro engraver for component identification.
